Good Advice to Live By in a Marriage

Here is some advice I’ve received when asking that key question “What makes a good Marriage work?” (in no particular order)

·         Never go to sleep angry

·         Sometimes as a wife, you have to give more than you get.

·         Keep God at the center of the relationship

·         The is no place like home, so don’t stray or you will one day lose your key

·         Keep things new; don’t be scared to spice things up every now and then

·         Marriage is like a business partnership; you have to trust, invest and be willing to  work overtime every now and then

·         Good marriages work because both partners want it to work instead of need it to work; nothing more, nothing less.
